Punctuality:
Please try your best to be on time to your bookings! It avoids clashing with others appointments. To discourage lateness and ensure on-time clients aren’t delayed, clients who arrive more than 14 minutes late will be charged 75p per minute for the full duration of their lateness.

If you’re running behind, please text us as soon as possible. If we’re notified early enough, we may be able to reschedule you for later that day at no extra cost.

Be warned - if you are over 30m late and fail to promptly inform us, expect your appointment to be cancelled.

Things You Should Know:

It's advisable to have regular dental cleanings before teeth whitening for the best possible results.

If you’ve recently underwent a hygienist session with your dentist, wait at least a week after your session to avoid any sensitivity during whitening treatment.

Sensitive Teeth? Try this:

  1. Brush your teeth 5m a day with Sensodyne toothpaste a week leading up to your appointment.

  2. Avoid cold drinks and food before treatment.

  3. Take a tablet of paracetamol 30 minutes before the appointment.

Payment:
We require a £0.01 verification fee to secure your appointment. If you cancel less than 48h before your appointment, please note there is a £49.99 cancellation fee. Any cancellations made before this period will not be subject to these charges.

If a client does not arrive to their appointment without informing us of this prior to the day of cancellation, we charge the full amount automatically. If you let us know a day or more in advance, you will not be subject to a full charge, and the previous rule applies.

If a practitioner arrives more than 30m late to your appointment, you are also eligible for a full, same-day refund, and the previous clause, in this particular case, also does not apply.

If a payment is made in instalments, but is not sent by the agreed date, the full amount is automatically charged.

Content Policy:

By agreeing to allow me to take videos and pictures during your appointment, you consent to the use of these media on my social media platforms and promotional materials.

To qualify for our guarantee, you must consent to us taking photos - although you do not have to consent to these pictures being posted on our page to make a claim. This is to ensure that we can realistically prove whether or not you’ve achieved the promised results and ensure any due compensation is given as quickly as possible, as well as to reduce potential fraud.

If you prefer not to have your images or videos used in this manner, please inform me beforehand. Your privacy and comfort are our priority and your wishes will always be respected!

Refund Policy:

By booking and receiving a teeth whitening treatment, you agree to the following terms regarding results and refund eligibility:

  1. Aftercare Compliance is Essential
    The success and longevity of your teeth whitening results depend heavily on your strict adherence to the aftercare instructions provided both before and after your treatment.

  2. Refund Eligibility

    To be eligible for a refund following a cancellation, you’ll need to cancel at least 48h before your appointment.

  3. 24–48 Hour Care Period
    Clients must follow the white diet for a minimum of 24 hours post-treatment. This includes avoiding any dark, acidic, or staining foods and drinks, as well as sugary items. Teeth are more porous during this time and susceptible to re-staining.

  4. Examples of Prohibited Foods & Drinks
    Includes but is not limited to:

    • Tea, coffee, wine, fizzy drinks

    • Chocolate, sauces (e.g., ketchup, soy), curries

    • Fried, oily, or heavily seasoned foods

    • Coloured toothpastes or mouthwashes

  5. Client Responsibility
    It is the client’s responsibility to follow these instructions. Non-compliance can lead to reduced or uneven results, patchiness, or early re-staining.

  6. No Refunds for Aftercare Breaches
    If a client chooses not to follow the aftercare guidance, they are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
